LightForce is at the intersection of high-stakes engineering and autonomous systems. We’ve built a powerful technical foundation; now, we need the engine to take it to market. We are looking for a Commercial Co-Founder to help us strategically take the next step with the right combination of early revenue, valuable partnerships, and

The Role

You aren't just a manager; you are a builder of businesses. Your goal is to turn technical excellence into a market-leading company. You will own the entire commercial roadmap, from finding our first "true believers" to closing enterprise deals and raising our Seed round. This includes:

  • Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy: Defining our wedge into the market and identifying the high-value segments in aerospace, autonomy, and dev-tools.
  • Customer Discovery & Sales: Getting out of the building. You’ll be networking, cold-calling, and navigating complex organizations to secure pilot users and close our first contracts.
  • Fundraising: Partnering with me to craft a compelling narrative for VCs and leading the charge on our next funding milestone.
  • Product-Market Fit (PMF): Acting as the bridge between the market’s pain and our product roadmap. You’ll translate customer feedback into actionable insights.

About You

  • You aren't afraid of "No." You thrive on networking, building relationships, and the thrill of the close.
  • You have a track record of taking early-stage products and finding the repeatable sales motion.
  • You can think at 30,000 feet for a board deck, then dive into the trenches to write a sales sequence or man a booth at a conference.
  • You value transparency and empathy. You want a co-founder relationship built on mutual respect and shared grit.
